Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of great importance to us! We will never sell or give your name, address and / or email to anyone outside of the Werks Family of Companies. We do not send unsolicited email just because you have ordered from us and. We will not add you to any kind of Mailing or Notification Lists unless you specifically request it or opt in using our online form. We don't give out info about our customers, period!

When using our contact forms for general communications, please be sure to add the domain LeatherWerks.com to your safe senders list. When subscribing to our Newsletters, please add the originating domain to your safe senders list.

 

Shipping Information

Packages will arrive at your door or PO Box in a Plain Brown Box or packaging. The return address on your package is from Shipping Department Werks Co.

We use flat rate shipping based on the cost of the sale. See the table at check out for shipping costs. Your package will be shipped either by US Postal Service or UPS Ground.

If you need expedited shipping or feel your shipping rate has not been calculated correctly by the shopping cart, please call the store at 954.761.1236 or use our Contact page (include the items you wish to purchase) to obtain updated shipping time and costs.

Anything we ship outside the United States may be subject to Value Added Taxes (VAT) and import duties imposed by the country of destination. If you as the customer do not pay these taxes and duties, any refund will be reduced by the cost of the original shipping charges and any additional charges we must pay to get the shipment returned to us.

Shipping, once it leaves our premises, is out of our control. Most packages will be delivered within 6 business days. You must notify us within 7 calendar days of expected delivery if your shipment did not arrive on time. In the event of extreme weather events your package may be delayed.

 

Ordering Information

Online ordering is performed through our Secure Shopping System. Our shopping cart system resides on a secure server. All Credit Card information is sent via secure SSL encryption and is not maintained anywhere in our systems.

We will not charge your credit card until we actually ship your order. We will notify you if we do not have your item(s) in stock and offer you the option to change your order to something we do have in stock, cancel your order, or wait until we do have the order in stock.

If you order an item that must be Made to Order (for example cages, steel items, and so on) we will obtain a Preauthorization on your credit card to secure the funds until we are ready to ship and charge the item. Preauthorization may impact your available credit so check with your financial intuition before placing this type of order with us.

All credit card charges will appear on your Credit Card Statement as Werks.

Mail and Telephone Ordering is also available. We accept all major credit cards in addition to Money Orders. Please contact us for more info on this option.

 

Discounts and Coupons

Discounts and / or Coupons are occasionally offered to our customers. If you receive a discount or coupon code from us, you must use it when you check out. If you fail to use your discount or coupon at time or purchase we cannot cancel your order to apply the discount or coupon retroactively.

All sales are final.

 

Return Policy

Below is our website purchase returns and exchanges policy. For our in-store purchase returns and exchanges policy please see the section titled In-Store Purchase Returns and Exchanges Policy.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order from LeatherWerks however, there are some products we sell that can never be returned or exchanged. These 'no exceptions, cannot be returned or exchanged' products include swimsuits, underwear, jocks, genital rings, and any product that can be inserted into the body such as adult toys and body jewelry. The only exception to this policy is for a manufacture defect in which case the product will be exchanged for the same product, or a comparable product at our discretion.

Many of the products we sell fit very differently. We strongly recommend that you to speak to a LeatherWerks Team Members at 954.761.1236 or fill out the form on our Contact page before making your purchase, so we can provide you with advice and guidance on your selection.

If there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to make it right. Before sending your merchandise for return or exchange, you must call us at 954.761.1236 or fill out the form on our Contact page so we can ensure your return or exchange goes smoothly. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if they are not on our 'no exception, cannot be returned or exchanged' product list and within 30 days of purchase.

All return or exchange merchandise must be in band-new, sellable condition, must be in its original packaging, and have all original tags still attached. Merchandise returned to LeatherWerks for return or exchange that show any signs of wear, and / or are missing packaging or product tags, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense or discarded and no exchange or refund will be provided.

For our customers in the United States who wish to exchange their merchandise, LeatherWerks will provide a prepaid return shipping label so you can exchange your merchandise for a one-time size or style exchange.

For our International Customers who wish to exchange their merchandise, LeatherWerks will provide a one-time size or style exchange, however we cannot offer a prepaid return shipping label. You must pay the shipping fee to send the merchandise back to LeatherWerks, but LeatherWerks will pay the shipping fee to send the replacement merchandise back to you.

For each additional exchange after the first exchange, for all customers in the United States or Internationally, you must pay the shipping fee to send the merchandise back to LeatherWerks and pay the shipping fee for us to send the replacement merchandise back to you.

If you would like to return your merchandise for a refund, for all customers in the United States or Internationally, you must pay the shipping fee to send the merchandise back to LeatherWerks.

All merchandise returns and exchanges must be in its original packaging and have all original tags still attached. Except in the case of a manufacturer's defect, merchandise returned to LeatherWerks in a used or unsellable condition will be returned to you at your expense or discarded and no exchange or refund will be provided.

Free return shipping labels are provided once per paid order to customers only within the United States using the shipping carrier of our choice. If you would like to return your merchandise a second time for the same order, the customer must pay the shipping fee to send the merchandise back to LeatherWerks and pay the shipping fee for us to send the replacement merchandise back to you.

Customers outside the United States (International Customers) and those wishing to use alternate shipping methods may return their merchandise using their preferred shipping method at their own expense to the following address: LeatherWerks LLC, 1226 NE 4th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33304-1925, USA.

Returns must be made within 30 days of their original delivery. Merchandise returned after 30 days, at our discretion, may or may not be accepted and if accepted, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. When we receive your return package, we will process it as quickly as possible. If you requested a refund, it will be issued to the same purchase method that you used for your original purchase less any shipping and / or restocking fees. If you requested an exchange, we strive to process the exchange within two business days. If there is a difference in price, we will contact you to arrange for an additional payment or we will apply the credit to the same purchase method that you used for your original purchase.

In-Store Purchase Returns and Exchanges Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchase at LeatherWerks Main store or our bar store located inside Ramrod bar, since customers are able to try on merchandise before they make a purchase. There are two exceptions to this policy that we will make, at our discretion, however these exceptions will only be made if they are within 30 days of purchase, and the customer has proof of purchase, such as an original receipt.

The first exception is for a manufacture defect in which case the product will be exchanged for the same product, or a comparable product at our discretion.

The second exception is for an exchange or refund for store credit when a product is being given as a gift and the recipient is not present in the store at the time of purchase. However, there are some products we sell that can never be returned or exchanged, even if they are gifts. These 'no exceptions, cannot be returned or exchanged' products include swimsuits, underwear, jocks, genital rings, and any product that can be inserted into the body such as adult toys and body jewelry. All merchandise for exchange or being refunded for store credit must be in band-new, sellable condition, must be in its original packaging, and have all original tags still attached. Merchandise that shows any signs of wear, and / or are missing packaging or product tags, will not be accepted and no exchange or refund for store credit will be provided.
